How many diamond orders a day do you still type into the app by hand?
Most reseller stores we looked at work the same way: the buyer pays on WooCommerce or sends a wallet transfer on WhatsApp, someone checks the payment, opens the Bigo app, types the ID and the amount, and answers "done". Five to thirty minutes per order, day and night, and every typo is your money.
If you hold the official Bigo reseller API, none of that is necessary. The API can credit the diamonds the moment the payment is confirmed. The missing piece is a storefront that connects your local payment methods to your API safely.
This is for you if
- You are an official Bigo Live diamond reseller with your own reseller API (contract with Bigo, your server IP whitelisted, your key).
- You sell in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt or a similar market where buyers pay with local wallets and bank methods.
- You (or your company) hold, or can open, a merchant account with a local payment gateway.
- You handle enough orders that a person typing them in is a real cost.
This is not for you (yet) if
- You buy diamonds from another reseller or an aggregator and resell them. Without your own API there is nothing to automate on your side. Leave your details anyway and we will tell you when we have something for that.
- You only sell Bigo gift cards or redeem codes. Those do not need API delivery.

How it works

Step 1Audit (free).
A 20-minute call or chat session. You tell us your country, your daily orders, your gateway and how you fulfil today. Within two days you get a one-page plan: which gateways can be connected in your country, what you need to open them, which steps disappear, and the fraud rules you should run either way. Keep it even if you never buy.

Step 2Build.
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing. You give the API credentials and the server (or we set up a dedicated server under your name for the IP whitelist), your gateway merchant keys and your price list. We build the storefront, the payment integration, the fulfilment engine, the rules and the bot, and test on your sandbox first.

Step 3Run.
We deploy, switch on, and keep watching: uptime, API errors, gateway changes, callbacks. You get the alerts; we get the technical ones. Changes to prices and packages you do yourself in the admin.
What you need before we start
- Official Bigo reseller API access: your contract with Bigo, the server IP to whitelist, your public key. We do not apply for it and we cannot obtain it for you.
- A registered business or sole-proprietor status accepted by a gateway in your country (for example JazzCash onboards sole proprietors with a CNIC; Midtrans asks for the owner's KTP and NPWP). If you do not have a gateway yet, the audit tells you which one to apply for.
- A server, or agree that we provision one for you. The API is whitelisted to an IP, so the system runs on your side.
- Your price list and the packages you sell.
Pricing
Setup from $4,500. Then $499 per month for hosting, monitoring, updates when a gateway or the API changes, and support.
No fee per order. No percentage of your sales. Your margin stays yours.
The final number depends on your country, your gateway and how many payment methods you want at launch. You get it in writing after the audit. Second country or a second gateway quoted separately.
Who builds this
We are a small studio of senior web engineers with more than ten years in Laravel and React. Most of our work has been connecting services to each other: payment gateways, partner APIs, order systems, callbacks that must never be lost. You talk directly to the engineer who builds your system, on Telegram or email; there is no sales team in between.
Questions resellers ask
Does Bigo allow a third-party system to use my API?+
Your contract is with Bigo and the API is called from your server with your key. We never store your credentials on our side or call the API from anywhere else. Read your reseller agreement for any clause on automated or third-party software; if it requires a manual step, we build the one-click manual queue instead. We will not tell you what Bigo's policy is, because only your contract says that.
What if the API is down?+
Orders wait in the queue with the status "delivering" and retry. If the API stays down longer than a limit you set, the order goes to manual mode and you get an alert. Nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.
What if a buyer from another region orders?+
A reseller API can only credit accounts of its own region, and the region cannot be checked before delivery. The buyer states their country on the order form and sees a warning. For first-time IDs the payment is held (or authorised without capture, where the gateway allows it) until the API confirms delivery; on a region error the order goes to a one-click refund queue and the buyer is told at once. An ID that was credited once skips the hold from then on.
Who handles fraud and chargebacks?+
You keep the merchant account, so refunds and chargebacks remain yours. The system makes them rare: nickname check, per-ID and per-buyer limits, manual hold for new or large buyers, blocklist, 3-D Secure only for cards, and daily reconciliation so a mismatch is caught the same day.
Which payment methods can you connect?+
Whatever your gateway offers. Examples by country: Pakistan JazzCash and Easypaisa; Bangladesh bKash and Nagad; Indonesia QRIS, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay and bank transfer; Saudi Arabia and UAE Mada, Apple Pay and STC Pay; Egypt Fawry and cards. We integrate your merchant account; we never take the money.
Can I keep my WooCommerce site?+
Yes for content. The storefront can live on a subdomain (shop.yourdomain) and your existing site links to it. Migrating the whole site is a separate job.
Do I own it?+
The storefront runs on your server or your dedicated server and is licensed to your business without limits on orders. The monthly fee is for running and maintaining it; if you stop, it keeps working but stops receiving updates and monitoring.
I buy from an aggregator, not from Bigo directly. Can I use this?+
Not now. Automatic delivery needs your own reseller API. Leave your details and your supplier's name in the form and we will contact you if we build something for that case.
How long does it take?+
